GEORGE K. KONSTANTINOU LLC is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Lawyer for their Limassol Office. The successful candidate should have the following:
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in immigration / property law & procedures
- At least 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of property & immigration material (procedures, applications, legal framework)
- Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Legal assistance in property and/or immigration projects
- Preparing, executing, processing and/or reviewing legal documents (contracts, applications, etc.)
- Advising & supporting on legal matters related to property & immigration fields
- Handling all aspects of Immigration applications – Temporary Residence Permit, Digital nomad visa , Yellow Slip, PR , Citizenship applications , Cyprus Permanent Residency
- Bank account openings
- Undertake any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the Firm.
Remuneration: subject to experience and qualifications.
